Today, we tried to go Mount Vernon, but after finding a parking space after 40 minutes, we went and saw Brian's name at Mount Vernon.
We then drove up to Gettysburg, PA.
Tonight we started the Auto Tour of the days of the Civil War through all the monuments. We listened through the first day, July 1st. It is a great way to learn about the Civil War.
We are staying in a house that was here during the Civil War on Baltimore Street in Gettysburg. It is right on the Confederate lines of the Civil War.
We ate at a place called the Farnsworth House. There is 100 musket shots in the side of the building.
