Tonight we played Ultimate Frisbee for Family Home Evening. With a cold a slightly sore throat, not a great combination with all the running.
Embarrassing moment of the day: A guy in my ward scared me as I was trying to catch the frisbee and it made me laugh. Part of my runny nose may have come out and of course the guy came to give me a hug and I had a friend hanging out...

Today, I was asked to cover for the Relief Society President since they haven't called a new one yet and Robyn is leaving this Friday.
Tonight, Brian, Elizabeth and Uncle Tom came over and we had waffles and home made syrup. It was the first time and worked great.
Tonight, however, my Annual Passport for Disneyland expired.

Loved Thea's performance this morning. She was a Rosebud Ballerina.



Mowed both lawns today. Two hours later and 3 bags, it looks great.



Amazing ward party tonight. We had a Spring Luau with another ward. They even had Hawaiian dancers come. It was amazing!

Tonight I went and saw Samantha, Sarah and Michael James in "Annie, Jr." They were great. Elder Ballard was there tonight because his son was Daddy Warbucks. The little girl next to me just sung along. It was awesome!

Today, I went to a meeting for the Women's Tech Council. My friend Raquel invited me because the presentation was by two Disney Imagineers. It was cool.

Today was Stake Conference down at the Assembly Hall. We got a new Stake Presidency today.
Old: President Michael Dunn, President Jeff Gouchner, President Ezekial Demke.
New: President Jay Featherstone, President Steven Brown, and President John Tingey.
The tulips were beautiful on Temple Square.

Tonight was Stake Temple night at the Salt Lake Temple. I didn't make it to the 5:00 session, so instead I did inititories. A guy from my ward asked me to do them for his ancestor and then I did the list that the temple have me. All the names came from Hungary and the 1890s.

Yesterday we had a dinner at Market Street Grill for all the property managers that are in town for a conference. It was kind of surreal to see all these people and try to remember that we all work for the same company across the US. The company started in 2004 in a one room office. It isn't so little anymore.

Today, I spoke in church using the story of the 20 Mark Note from Elder Boyd K. Packer. Tonight, Brian and Elizabeth invited Uncle Tom and I over for dinner. We had stuffed pork chops and a yummy salad. We played Lost Cities, which I won, Haunted Mansion Clue, which I won 3 times (by complete chance), and Battle of the Sexes, which didn't go so well.
Elizabeth made an amazing Strawberry pie with Mickey Mouse cookies out of the crust on top.

Went to the Mt. Timpangoes temple today for the first time. I went with three girls from my ward: Kaylene Martin, Christie Helquist and Jelaire Fluit. Christine and Jelaire did Baptisms while Kaylene and I did a session. Jelaire and I visit teach Kaylene actually. It was an amazing day.

100 years ago, the Titanic left on its maiden voyage. Tonight, I went to a 3D IMAX showing of the movie from 1997 with Jelaire Fluit. It was right in our faces, but it was great. However, it made me think about if I was on the ship, would I rather be a survivor and watch others die, or would I want to fall into the water or stay on the ship as long as I could? It is a very different thing to think about.

Happy Easter. My favorite Easter was in 2008. A solemn celebration all in Latin at the Church of the Holy Sepluchure and then one of singing and praise at the Garden Tomb at sunrise. What a beautiful way to celebrate Easter. I have been thinking about that a lot today.

Dying Easter Eggs with Chris and Angela and their kids, Brian an Elizabeth and Julie and Randy and their kids. A little disaster area, but awesome fun always an very colorful. Josh, Thea and Maggie became the Incredible Hulk 1, 2 and 3 because of how much dye they had on their hands. Oh my goodness. So much!!
