Happy Birthday James!
For James' 11th birthday, we went and played Laser Quest. As always, I was Eeyore. I came in 7th the first game and then 12th the second game. James came in 2nd on the second game. He was very happy.



We went back to the Knight's and had shishkabobs and cake. The cake came from a wedding Brian and Elizabeth went to today.

Tonight, my friend invited some friends over to watch the Opening Ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. I loved the beginning with the music and the green fields and on to the Industrial Revolution. It was amazing. The cauldron was lit by 7 upcoming Olympians.



I made a British dessert tonight. It was a Bananaoffiepudding. It had a graham cracker crust, carmelized condensed milk, bananas and whipped cream on it. I don't think I did it right, but it tasted good at least.

Today, I had more fun printing and putting together documents for investors.
Tonight, I had fun with nail polish. :). It is magnetic. You put on on layer, let it dry and then put on a thicker layer of nail polish and hold a magnet to it for 10 seconds. Crazy!!

Happy Pioneer Day!!!

Today, we went swimming at Flamingo Hills and then had dinner at Julie and Randy's and then fireworks.

Tonight, I went with Kaylene Martin to Sweet Tomatoes and then we went and saw two episodes of the first season of "Star Trek: The Next Generation". The two episodes were "Where No One Has Gone Before" and "Datalore". Before and between they had special features. It is because the first season is coming out on Blu-ray tomorrow.

Today, the Knight's, the Williams' and Brian, Elizabeth and I went down to Redmond, Utah. Elizabeth's family invited us to go horseback riding and to tour the Real Salt salt mines. These were amazing!!!

Today, I saw a squirrel going across our "highway" in the back with an apricot in its mouth. It was funny.



Tonight I went a Chocolate Fountain Party. It was fun. I was sent home with pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.

Today, I printed off more documents and got them sent off to the investors. Don't mind me as I killed a few trees.






And the sheep and goats can be called off. The lawn was mowed today after a few weeks.



Today, one of my neighbors found out I have been living in the house for the last 18 months. He thought I just came and visited.

Happy Birthday, Disneyland!!

Tonight I went to the float preview for the Days of 47 Parade. It was cool. They had live sheep there and Utah Pipe Band. It was all bagpipes and some drums. I loved one called "Flyin to Zion" and one about the Tongans.

Tonight some nice girls in my ward came and helped me get the apricots out of my backyard. They were everywhere. All across the ground and there were some still up in the tree. It was kind of gross. Thanks girls!!

Today at church, you could tell we were all a little tired after the weekend, but we all had an amazing time. Tonight I went to a friend's house to play games. We played a game called The Game of Things. Third time playing it and it is still entertaining.

Today we went on to Bear Lake. I first went on a Wave Runner with Carli Rackham. I don't like those. I felt like I was going to fall off the entire time. Next I went out on Justin Meier's boat and went on the tube and got tossed off three times. After getting back in the boat and sitting down, I managed to sprain/bruise badly my toe. I may or may not have kicked the side of the boat when my feet slipped from underneath me. Ouch. Then, huge rainstorm came in and we needed to pull all the boats in and get them off the water. We were soaking wet after getting everything off the beach.

Today I drive up to Bear Lake for our ward weekend and party. We did this last year, and it was amazing. I drove up with Hal, McKenna and Spencer. We got up there, had dinner and played games.

Tonight I went with two friends from my ward and we watched "Singin' in the Rain" on the big screen. They did it for the 60th Anniversary of the movie coming out. Before the movie, they played an interview with Debbie Reynolds and bits and pieces of an interview with Donald O'Conner. It was awesome. Everyone applauded after each number in the movie.

Tonight we went up to the Peterson Reservoir that the Kobe's own. Chris and Angela and their family had never been. I got there around 7:00. We ate dinner and then we went back down. I rode down in the T-Rex while Brian ran/walked with all the kids. Chris, Angela, Jake, Graham and I picked up kids as they got tired and then they would want to get out again. Josh and Topher did the entire thing, 2.5 miles, with Brian while others only rode for a short while.
Apparently before I got there, Jake squeezed a frog to death. On our way down, Samantha, Julie and Erin tipped the ATV. They are okay. Just a little shaken.
