Today is Christmas Eve. We were all at Julie and Randy's by 3:30 for dinner.


I totally burned my finger on the gravy. It was in the gravy boat and I picked it up and it spilled and immediately blistered. Awesome!



After dinner, we did the talent show and the nativity.

Today was the first sacrament meeting of our new ward, which is huge.
Tonight we had a ham and turkey dinner at Mike and Amy's. It was great. Tonight we did a white elephant gift exchange. I had a singing Gorilla and ended with a book of Awkward Family Pet Photos. I gave a Lady Gaga toothbrush and toothpaste that tastes like a cupcake.

Today, I went to work so I could be off from December 26. I was originally going to be on the front desk for the day, but Kathryn was there, so I just was at my desk. Everyone was a little surprised to see me at work. It was entertaining. It makes you feel important.

Tonight, I had two dinners to go to. One with the Stake President, President Featherstone, and all the released Relief Society presidencies from Sunday and one for all my friends with White Elephants. I only made it to one, but sent a White Elephant to the other one.
It was a nice dinner and just a way to say Thank You.

Today I went to see James, Josh, Thea, and Topher in their singing program at the elementary.

Tonight was our Ward Christmas party. It was down at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. It was amazing. The Activities Committee made to movies, plus it was an Ugly Sweater Contest
