Today was the 155th Anniversary of the Pony Express - when the first letter was delivered - so Google decided to have some fun with it.  If you clicked on the play button, you got to play a game.  You rode a horse, trying to collect letters and avoiding obstacles.  There were three areas of the game and you got a different horse every third of the trail.  Even though you were trying to avoid obstacles, it was entertaining when you did crash.  :)

My favorite was when you crashed into a water barrel and the horse gave you a score for your "dive" into the water.

  It also decided to snow today....  Goodbye Mt. Olympus.

Happy Birthday Wendy!!

This post is mainly for my Mom. Questions about the garden and such. :). I mowed the lawn and found all sorts of fun things.

The dead plant around the tulips. What do I do about that?

 This is by the flag pole. Besides the dead leaves, does more mulch go over here too?

Where can I buy more mulch? I have green plants popping up in the flower bed.

 At least the apple tree is looking amazing!!
